Growing up as the only girl in a large family of boys, I was surrounded by siblings but never witnessed their births or the postpartum period firsthand. That absence, paired with the knowledge that my own mother gave birth to six children, sparked a deep curiosity in me about birth, motherhood, and what families truly experience during those early days. I found myself wanting to understand not just the arrival of a baby, but the transformation of a mother and family as a whole.
Between 2023 and 2025, that curiosity began to take shape as a calling. I connected with a local midwife, trained as her assistant, and attended births, gaining firsthand exposure to the birth space and the care surrounding it. While life required me to pause that path, the desire to support and care for families never left. In early 2025, I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training, where I discovered a strong connection to the healing space and the power of presence, breath, and intentional care. Through these experiences, it became clear that my work was leading me toward supporting families in the postpartum period.
Rooted in my background in childcare, clinical care, and holistic healing, I bring a calm, compassionate, and grounded approach to postpartum support. I am deeply passionate about holding space during a season that is often overshadowed by the excitement of a new baby. Mothers deserve to be seen, supported, and cared for as they heal and adjust. My goal is to help families feel nurtured, confident, and supported—creating a postpartum experience that is remembered for its warmth, care, and intentional support.
Outside of working with families, you can find me in a yoga studio, on a trail, at a coffee shop, or in my kitchen. Movement and nourishment are central to my lifestyle, and I also teach a mobility class at a local MMA gym while continuing my own training there. A perfect Saturday often includes a morning run with my partner, brunch at a favorite spot, and winding down with a good movie. Healing food and healing movement are deeply woven into my life, and I love sharing that passion and education with others.
