At Little Lilacs, we want to be completely transparent. We feel as though the documentation below shows an immediate response and action to try to help remedy the failure on our part, and though we know this does not change the experience, we took immediate action and accountability and made every effort possible to resolve the situation.

After over 6 years and hundreds of clients, these are few and far between, but as humans sometimes we fail, something happens and we strive to take action and address whatever it is above and beyond what is required.
