Marble Falls has the Highland Lakes' delivery hospital right in town: Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Marble Falls, Burnet County's only state-designated maternal care facility, with three labor suites, eight private postpartum rooms, and an in-unit surgical suite. Since mid-2026 it has been the only hospital labor & delivery unit in the immediate Highland Lakes area, and a licensed birth center in nearby Burnet serves families planning an out-of-hospital birth.
Encapsulation adds nothing to your to-do list. The transport cooler arrives before your due date, your placenta comes home with you after the birth, and once it ships with the enclosed label, your capsules are back at your door within days.

How ship-in encapsulation works

Choose your package and sign the service agreement online. Payment and paperwork happen in one place, before your due date.
STEP 2
Your kit arrives
We send your placenta transport cooler and shipping materials to your home so everything is ready before your birth.
STEP 3
Freeze and ship
After delivery, your placenta is placed in the provided cooler and frozen, then shipped using the enclosed label and step-by-step instructions.
STEP 4
Capsules come home
We process one placenta at a time in a dedicated space using the Traditional Chinese Method. Encapsulation is completed within 48-72 hours of receiving your placenta, and your capsules are delivered back to you, along with a suggested dose guide and umbilical cord keepsake.

How long until I receive my capsules?
Encapsulation is completed within 48-72 hours of your placenta being received, then your capsules, dose guide, and cord keepsake are sent to your home. Placenta tinctures take longer to prepare and are sent about 6-8 weeks after delivery.
Do I need a provider near me?
No. Because the process is ship-in from start to finish, you can be anywhere in Texas: your birth location and your kitchen counter are the only places your placenta needs to be before it ships.
