Birth Doula

Serving the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas

I'm a compassionate, passionate doula with a heart for mothers, babies, and the beautiful journey of bringing new life into the world. From an early age, I have felt called to birth work and knew I wanted to serve women and families during one of the most sacred and transformative seasons of their lives.

As a birth doula with Little Lilacs Birth Services, I have the privilege of supporting families throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas. I bring a nurturing spirit, compassionate presence, and genuine love for people into every birth space. I am passionate about helping families feel supported, encouraged, and cared for throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth.

I believe every mother deserves to feel supported, heard, informed, and empowered throughout her birth experience. My goal is to create a calm, encouraging presence where families feel safe, respected, and confident in their choices.

In serving women and families, it is a true honor to walk alongside each of you during your birth journey and provide steady, compassionate support from pregnancy through postpartum.

A little about me: I was born right here in Fort Worth, Texas. Next to Jesus, my family is everything to me. My faith is at the center of who I am, and I love praise and worship. I serve on the worship team at my church and currently serve on the leadership team for our youth and young adults.

For more than four years, I have had the privilege of nannying for the same family, an experience that has shaped so much of who I am as a caregiver and now as a doula. Through supporting a family in the rhythms of everyday life, I have learned the importance of being dependable, attentive, patient, and able to anticipate the needs of both children and parents. Most importantly, it has shown me the value of building trust and being a steady, supportive presence for a family. I love serving others and creating meaningful relationships with the families God places in my life, and I carry that same heart for connection and care into my role as a doula.

When I'm not serving, working, or learning about birth, you can probably find me enjoying some of my favorite things: Friends, sushi, dirty sodas, and Dutch Bros coffee!

I truly believe I was created for such a time as this, and I'm so excited for what God has ahead. I am honored to walk alongside families during one of the most incredible moments of their lives and to provide the encouragement, support, and care they deserve.

I can't wait to meet you and be part of your birth story!

What was your biggest take away from doula training?

The biggest thing I took away from my doula training was learning all the different ways, positions, and comfort measures I can do to support a mom during contractions. It helped me understand how important it is to meet each mom where she is and find what works best for her during labor.

Why should a client hire you?

A client should hire me because I truly love and care about people and want every family I work with to feel supported, heard, and cared for. I will be there to support them in whatever way they need throughout their birth journey. When things get tough or overwhelming, I will remind them of how strong they are and encourage them to keep going.

I am very faith-filled, and my faith is a big part of who I am. I believe that with God, anything is possible. My goal is to help each family feel confident, supported, and never alone during such an important and special time in their lives.

What is the number one thing you use when supporting a family?

The number one thing I use when supporting a family is my faith. I believe faith can provide comfort, encouragement, and strength throughout their journey. It allows me to support a family not only emotionally and physically, but also by reminding them that they are never alone and can trust God through each step of the process. I believe having faith can bring hope during difficult moments and help families feel supported, encouraged, and reassured throughout their entire journey.

Number one birth and postpartum book recommendation?

The number one book I recommend to a parent is Baby Catcher, because it can help parents feel more confident about their birth experience while showing the value of compassionate support.

What birth podcast do you recommend for parents?

Evidence Based Birth — and this is one of my favorite episodes. It's a great recommendation for a parent because it focuses less on overwhelming parents with information and more on helping them feel calm, confident, and empowered.

What is your go-to verse when times get hard?

My go-to verse when times get hard, or even when I just need a reminder, is Psalm 139 (NLT). This chapter reminds me that God knows me completely, is always with me, and has a plan for my life. It brings me comfort and reassurance, especially during difficult times, and reminds me that I am never alone.
